Paved Lot

  • $95 – RVs, Boats & Trailers: 35′ 1″ and up
  • $80 – Automobile Parking Spaces

Unpaved Lot

  • $80 – RVs, Boats & Trailers: 19′-30′
  • $90 – RVs, Boats & Trailers: 30′ 1″ to 35′
  • $80 – Automobile Parking Spaces

Long Term Storage Requirements

  • Updated agreement form
  • Current registration
  • Current proof of insurance
  • Storage customers must select monthly auto billing, or make (1) full term payment
  • One item per space
  • All items must be in good working status
  • Customers must live within 50 miles or must obtain a power of attorney
